We charge by the unit, not by the transaction. So, if you have 3 tenants who each pay separately, you’ll still only pay $2 for the monthly collection on that rental. When using ACH transactions, you will not pay per transaction fees.

The pricing for RentMonitor is simple. Automatic rent collection costs just $2 per unit/month with a minimum $10 charge. There are no additional monthly fees or set up costs. You are only charged for the units that incur a transaction each month.
Tenant screening reports costs $20-$25 per report. However, most of our customers charge the tenant screening fees to their applicants.

Do I need to be in the United States to use RentMonitor? When do you start charging me?
No, RM charges a set per unit fee that includes all ACH transaction fees. This fee per unit remains the same whether you have one tenant that pays in full or four tenants/roommates that each pay a portion.
Yes. At the moment, you must be based in the US to receive payments; this involves both having a U.S. address, and having a valid SSN. We are working diligently to expand to other countries. Please let us know where you would like to see RentMonitor next and we’ll notify you when RentMonitor is available in your country.
You will not be charged until you fill out the application to collect rent online and schedule your first transaction. Before then, you can sign up for an account and set up your payments, rentals, and tenants to make sure RentMonitor is right for you.
