Store Documents and Photos
Rent Monitor gives you space to store up to 500mb of photos and documents. You'll have access to your leases, notices, and other important documents whenever you need. Uploaded photos will be automatically included in your rentals' websites, with thumbnails and larger versions created on the fly.
Send Rent Notices
To keep your tenants paying rent on time, Rent Monitor will automatically notify them 3 days before the rent is due. You can also send late notices and rent receipts with the click of a button.
Tax Report
Make tax time easier with Rent Monitor's tax report. All your income and expenses for the year are aggregated and listed according to categories found on the U.S. Schedule E tax form. Simply provide this information to your tax accountant or enter the numbers into your tax program. You can even include your own custom income and expense categories. This report works great even for rentals not in the U.S.
