What You Rent for the Money

Our monthly blog series What You Rent for the Money wants to showcase your rental properties.

We’re looking for single family units, duplexes, rentals in large complexes, you name it! Our goal is to showcase beautiful properties and help bring you rental traffic (or at least a little SEO help).

All you need to do is send us an email that includes the following:

  • One interior rental photo
  • One external rental photo
  • One paragraph describing the rental unit (approximately 100 words)
  • One paragraph describing the community or neighborhood (approximately 100 words)
  • Rental unit stats including monthly rent, square footage, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms

In exchange, RentMonitor will promote your rental property on our blog in one of our monthly property feature posts and link back to your rental on the web. This link can be the current for rent ad or your rental’s website, just let us know which you prefer.
